Instructions

Place Your Order
  • To place your grocery/liquor/oxygen order, simply click on Place an Order and fill out our secure online form. There is a space at the end of the form for additional items, special requests and/or items not listed

  • Please be as specific as possible and if you desire a specific brand, please list an alternate in case it is out of stock or unavailable

  • If any of your requested items are not available at the time of shopping, we will attempt to purchase a reasonable substitution. If no substitution is available, the item will be skipped

Submit Your Order
  • To submit your order online, click Submit at the bottom of the form once your order is completed

  • If you prefer to use your own list, email your list to telluridedelivers@yahoo.com. Then fill out the Guest Information and Payment sections of the online order form and click Submit at the bottom. This will complete your order using your own list

  • To submit your order via fax, you can use your own list or download the order form by clicking on the Download Form button on the order form page. You can fill it out by hand or directly on Microsoft Word and then fax it to 970.626.5148. Your own list should be accompanied by the Guest Information and Payment sections of our order form, either submitted online or printed and faxed

  • For advance orders, we ask that you place your order at least 48 hours before arriving to Telluride. During the holidays, namely Christmas and New Years, the more notice the better as we tend to book to capacity during this period

  • You will receive a confirmation by e-mail of your order within 24 hours of submission. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please call 970.729.3223

Methods of Payment
  • We accept all major credit cards

  • Your card will be charged directly at the grocery/liquor store(s) at the time the shopping is completed

  • The service fee will be charged after the order is completed and will appear as a charge from Telluride Delivers

  • All of your receipts will be emailed to the adress provided on your order

  • To avoid your credit card from possibly being declined, we recommend notifying your card issuer prior to your arrival. In the event your card is declined for whatever reason, we will attempt to make contact. Your order will be on hold until we are able to connect with you and resolve the issue
