| 1) Place Your Order |
- To place your grocery/liquor order, simply click on Place an Order,
and fill in the items that are on the list. There is a space toward
the bottom of the list for special requests and/or items not listed.
- Please be as specific as possible and if you desire a specific
brand, please list an alternate in case it is out of stock or unavailable.

| 2) Submit Your Order |
- To submit your order via fax, print out the order form, make sure
everything is filled out, and fax it to (970)-626-5148.
- To submit your order via the internet, simply click on "submit"
at the bottom of the order form after filling everything out.
- For advance orders, we ask that you place your order at least
48 hours before departure to Telluride.
- You will receive a confirmation by fax, phone, or e-mail of your
order the same day it is received, GUARANTEED.

| 3) Rates |
- All items are provided at store prices.
- Our Grocery / Liquor Shopping and Delivery fee is $45.00, plus
15% of the bill.
- Our Take-out Delivery fee is $25.00 for Telluride, Mountain Village and Lawson Hill
- Our services can be provided daily, weekly, or monthly; rates
are based accordingly.

| 4) Methods of Payment |
- We accept all major credit cards. If you are leery about sending
your credit card information over the net, simply print out the
order form and fax it to us. Your card will be charged at the time
the shopping is completed.
- If you live in Telluride, or you are going to be in your room
at the time of grocery/liquor delivery, we will accept cash or corporate/local
checks, as long as your order is guaranteed with a credit card in
advance.
